As our company continues to expand, we are currently seeking amotivated individual for the position of: Trade Marketing Specialist
Obligations:
• Analyze market potential and evaluate market trends, customer behavior, and competitors.
• Collaborate with brand managers to develop and organize the implementation of promotional activities and proactive communication at sales points.
• Work with sales teams to develop effective tools for product presentation, brand representation, and marketing activities that meet customer needs and achieve company goals.
• Conduct regular monitoring of competitors' activities at sales points, prepare analyses, and propose corrective actions.
• Proactively suggest steps to enhance brand and product representation at sales points - shelf placement, merchandising, communication materials, promotional activities, etc.
• Assist sales teams in various regions to achieve sales targets through coordinating activities and ensuring proper communication of product benefits and brand values to customers.
• Support sales teams in the execution of external and internal training programs, product demonstrations, and more.
• Contribute to the development of the overall business strategy and brand plans within the company.
• Create and manage the trade marketing budget.
• Prepare periodic analyses and reports.
