Terms and conditions for use for world wide web sites owned, operated or
controlled by Euromaster or any of its Affiliates
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
By accessing, browsing and/or using the pages in any Site owned, operated or
controlled by Euromaster or any of its Affiliates, including this Site, you agree
to the terms and conditions set forth here. If you do not agree, you should not
use Stanley Sites. If you are currently a party to a separate, written agreement
with Euromaster or any of its Affiliates that has terms that are inconsistent with
these Terms and Conditions of Use, the terms of that Agreement will apply to
matters that are within the scope of the Agreement.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
When you visit Euromaster Sites or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with
us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically.
We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on Euromaster Sites.
You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that
we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such
communications be in writing.
COPYRIGHT
All content included on Euromaster Sites, such as text, graphics, logos, button
icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software is
the property of Euromasters, its Affiliates, or their content suppliers and is
protected by Bulgarian and international copyright laws. The compilation of all
content on Euromaster Sites is the exclusive property of Euromaster(or the
Affiliate identified in any copyright notice on the site) and is protected by
Bulgarian and international copyright laws.
USE
Viewing a Euromaster Site creates a copy of Euromaster materials in your
computer's random access memory and/or in your hard drive and/or in your proxy
server. You are hereby permitted to view this site and to print pages for your own
personal, noncommercial use, provided that you do not modify, copy, distribute,
transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works
from, transfer or sell any information, material, software, printouts or services
from the Euromaster Site. The materials published on Euromaster Sites may not be
copied, distributed, republished, uploaded, posted or transmitted in any way
without the prior written consent of Euromaster or its appropriate Affiliate.

The trademarks, service marks and logos (the 'Trademarks') used and displayed on
Euromaster are registered and unregistered Trademarks of Euromaster, its
Affiliates and others. Nothing on any Euromaster Site should be construed as
granting, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, any license or right to use any
Trademark displayed on the site without the prior written consent of the Trademark
owner. Euromaster, Top Master Professional, Top Garden, Top Strong, Top Chrome,
Makalon, Raider Power Tools, Raider Pro are some of the registered and
unregistered trademarks owned by Euromaster and/or its Affiliates ("Euromaster
Trademarks"). Euromaster Trademarks may not be used in connection with any product
or service that is not manufactured by or under license from Euromaster or its
appropriate Affiliate.
LINKS
Euromaster Sites may include links to other sites that contain information
created, published, maintained or otherwise posted by organizations independent of
The Euromaster s and its Affiliates. Euromaster provides these links only as a
convenience, and does not endorse, approve, certify, maintain or control these
external sites and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, efficacy,
timeliness or correct sequencing of information located at such sites. Euromaster
reserves the right to remove these links at any time and without notice.
Other parties may provide links to Euromaster Sites. Euromaster does not require
third parties to obtain Euromaster's consent prior to linking to Euromaster Sites.

APPLICABLE LAW
By visiting a Euromaster Site, you agree that the laws of the State of Bulgaria,
without regard to conflict of law principals that would dictate selection of
another jurisdiction's laws, will apply to these Terms and Conditions of Use and
any dispute of any sort that may arise between you and Euromaster.
DISPUTES
Any dispute between you and Euromaster concerning a Euromaster Site or the
materials located at a Euromaster site shall be submitted to final and binding
arbitration as the sole and exclusive remedy for such controversy or dispute,
provided, however, that Euromaster may commence action against you in a court of
law for infringement of Euromaster's intellectual property rights. Any claim
required to be submitted to arbitration shall be made by filing a demand for
arbitration within one (1) year following the occurrence first giving rise to the
claim. The right and duty of the parties to resolve disputes by arbitration shall
be governed exclusively by the respective laws of Republic of Bulgaria and will
take place according to the Commercial Rules. The arbitration will be held in
Sofia, Bulgaria. Each party shall bear all of its own costs of arbitration, except
that the fees of the arbitrator shall be divided equally between the parties. The
arbitrator shall have no authority to amend or modify the terms of this Agreement
or to award punitive or exemplary damages, and the award may be enforced by
judgment in a Bulgarian Court of Law.
MODIFICATION TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Euromaster can revise the Terms and Conditions at any time by modifying or
updating this posting. Your use of a Euromaster Site on or after the effective
date of any such modification or update will constitute your acceptance of these
Terms and Conditions as modified and/or updated.
SEVERABILITY
If any of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid, void or unenforceable for
any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the
validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions.
PRIVACY STATEMENT
This privacy statement covers any Site owned, operated or controlled by The
Euromaster s or any of its Affiliates, including this Site, ("Euromaster Sites").
Because The Euromaster s wants to demonstrate its commitment to our users’

INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE
The Euromaster s is the sole owner of the information collected on Euromaster
Sites. The Euromaster s collects information from our users at several different
points on our Web site.
A user may be required to complete a registration form in order to use our web
sites. Users may choose to opt-in to our subscription listing to receive
informational or promotional offers from Euromaster and its affiliates via mail or
e-mail. During subscription, a user is required to give contact information (such
as name, address, and email address). We use this information to contact the user
about services on our site for which he has expressed interest. It is optional for
the user to provide demographic information (such as income level), but encouraged
so we can provide a more personalized experience on our site.
INFORMATION USE
We store information that we collect through cookies, log files, and/or third
party site traffic software to create a profile of our users. A profile is stored
information that we keep on individual users that details their viewing
preferences. Consequently, collected information is NOT tied to the users
personally identifiable information. The data is used to improve the content and
layout of the site for all users. We share profile data with other third parties
in aggregate form only.
COOKIES
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s computer tied to information
about the user. We sometimes use session ID cookies. For the session ID cookie,
once users close the browser, the cookie simply terminates. A persistent cookie is
a small text file stored on the user’s hard drive for an extended period of time.
Persistent cookies can be removed by following Internet browser help file
directions.
LOG FILES
Like most standard Web site servers we use log files. This includes internet
protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP),
referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to
analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement in the aggregate, and
gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses, etc. are not
linked to personally identifiable information. We use a tracking utility called
WebTrends® that uses log files to analyze user movement.
CLEAR GIFS (Web Beacons/Web Bugs)
We or our third party advertising company sometimes employs a software technology
called clear gifs (a.k.a. Web Beacons/Web Bugs), that help us better manage
content on our site by informing us what content is effective. Clear gifs are tiny
graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to
track the online movements of Web users. The main difference between the two is
that clear gifs are invisible on the page and are much smaller, about the size of
the period at the end of this sentence. Clear gifs are not tied to users’
personally identifiable information and are used to track user’s movement in the
aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.
In addition, we use clear gifs in our HTML-based emails to let us know which
emails have been opened by the recipients. This allows us to gauge the
effectiveness of certain communications and the effectiveness of our marketing
campaigns. If users would like to opt-out of these emails, please see the Opt-out
section.
COMMUNICATION FROM THE SITE
We occasionally send information on products, services, special deals, and a
newsletter. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to
not receive these types of communications. Please see the Choice and Opt-out
sections.
CHOICE/OPT-OUT
Users of our site are always notified when their information is being collected by
any outside parties. We do this so our users can make an informed choice as to
whether or not they should proceed with services that require an outside party.
LINKS
This Web site contains links to other sites. Please be aware that we, The
Euromaster s are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We
encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy
statements of each and every Web site that collects personally identifiable
information. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by
this Web site. Some of our business partners are linked from our Euromaster sites
and due to similar design and color schemes may appear to be hosted and maintained
by The Euromaster.
SURVEYS & CONTESTS
From time-to-time our site requests information from users via surveys or
contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and
the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this information. The
requested information typically includes contact information (such as name and
shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code). Contact
information will be shared with the contest and survey sponsors to notify the
winners and award prizes. Survey information will be used for purposes of
monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this site. Users’ personally
identifiable information is not shared with third parties unless we give prior
notice and choice. Though we may use an intermediary to conduct these surveys or
contests, they may not use users’ personally identifiable information for any
secondary purposes.
E-MAIL THIS PAGE TO A FRIEND
If a user elects to use our referral service for informing a friend about our
site, we ask them for the friend’s name and email address. The Euromaster s will
automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting them to visit the site.
The Euromaster stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this
one-time email. The friend may contact The Euromaster at info@euromasterbg.com to
request the removal of this information from our database.
SECURITY
This Web site takes every precaution to protect our users’ information. When users
submit sensitive information via the Web site, their information is protected both
online and off-line.
While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do
everything in our power to protect user-information off-line. All of our users’
information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in
our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are
granted access to personally identifiable information. Finally, the servers that
store personally identifiable information are in a secure environment.

NOTIFICATIONS OF CHANGES
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this
privacy statement, the homepage, and other places we deem appropriate so our users

the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
If, however, we are going to use users’ personally identifiable information in a
manner different from that stated at the time of collection we will notify users
via email. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information
in this different manner. However, if users have opted out of all communication
with the site, or deleted/deactivated their account, then they will not be
contacted, nor will their personal information be used in this new manner. In
