• Manages the relations with current customers and distribution network in the region of Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Northern Macedonia, Albania.
• Monitors all existing and prospective markets, defining strategy and tactics, both for entering new and for expanding the presence of existing markets.
• Identifies new business opportunities by connecting with potential customers from different countries.
• Designs and implements all export strategies and the market development plan for the company's product range for the specific region.
• Plans, develops and implements various commercial activities, researching of the needs and requirements of the client.
• Negotiates and communicates with potential and current customers, negotiates prices, terms of payment and delivery, terms of warranty and after-sales service, prepares contracts according to the approved general terms of export.
• Develops and implements pricing policies and strategies, monitors compliance and analyzes the achieved results .
• Ensures that all sales and marketing activities are carried out within the agreed budgets, volume, sales and in the specified time periods.
